Terms of Service

kickr is operated by [Legal Entity Name]. By creating an account or using kickr, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use kickr.

The service

kickr helps players find and book pickup soccer games and helps facilities publish open field time. kickr facilitates discovery, bookings, rosters, and payments between players and the facilities or hosts running each game.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least [18] years old (or the age of majority where you live) to book or pay for a game. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.

Bookings, payments, and refunds

• Prices are shown before you book. When you reserve a spot you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
• Games have a minimum number of players to run. If a game doesn’t reach its minimum, it is cancelled and eligible players are refunded automatically.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each game (for example, full refund within a set window, partial refund before a cutoff, and no refund after). That policy governs your booking.
• Payments are processed by Apple Pay and [Stripe / payment processor]; their terms also apply.

For facilities and hosts

Facilities and hosts set their pricing and availability and are responsible for the safety, condition, and lawful operation of their venue and games. Payouts are made on the agreed wholesale rate on a regular schedule. Additional facility terms may apply and will be provided at onboarding.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse kickr: no unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or unsafe conduct; don’t interfere with the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Play at your own risk

Soccer is a physical activity with inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own health and safety. kickr is not a party to any game and does not supervise play.

Intellectual property

kickr, our logo, and the app and site are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our brand or content except to use the service as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

kickr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kickr and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out here. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country, e.g. Colorado, USA], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes
