Privacy Policy

Last updated July 21, 2026

This policy explains what information kickr collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers both the kickr app and this website.

kickr (“kickr”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [Legal Entity Name]. By using the kickr app or website (getkickr.com), you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you join a waitlist or contact us we collect what you submit — for facilities, that’s your facility name, contact name, city, email, phone, and any message; for players, your email. In the app, we collect the account details you provide (name, email, and profile information).
  • Game and booking activity. In the app, the games you host or join, rosters, and booking history.
  • Payment information. Payments in the app are processed by Apple Pay and our payment processor, [Stripe / payment processor]. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited details such as confirmation and the last four digits.
  • Device and usage data. Basic technical data (device type, app version, and, with permission, approximate location to show nearby games). The website currently uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use your information

  • Provide and operate kickr — match discovery, bookings, rosters, refunds, and support.
  • Respond to waitlist requests and contact you about early access and launch.
  • Process payments and issue refunds under the applicable cancellation policy.
  • Keep kickr safe, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run kickr — for example our hosting and database provider (Supabase), payment processors (Apple, Stripe), and email delivery — and only as needed to provide the service. Facilities and hosts see the limited information necessary to run a game (such as your display name on a roster). We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or request is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including access controls and row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to remove you from a waitlist, by emailing privacy@getkickr.com. Depending on where you live (for example, under the [GDPR / CCPA]), you may have additional rights, which we honor where they apply.

Children

kickr is not directed to children under [13/16], and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
