Common topics

• Refunds and cancellations. Every game shows its cancellation policy before you book. If a game doesn’t reach its minimum to run, it’s cancelled and eligible players are refunded automatically.
• Payments. You pay when you reserve a spot, via Apple Pay. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Account help. Trouble signing in or want your data removed? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
